In the summer of 2023 and 2024 I swam with Team Eugene’s Mallards. They have three squads I swam on the green squad (beginners) for two main reasons:

They swam at the pool down the street from my house rather than across town.
Only those who could stay all summer and attend state finals could swim on the competative squad. My path lead to Princeton, New Jersey before summer’s end.

I am looking for the best team fit for pushing my swimming capability. I value a balance of peer-comradery, structured skill building, and attentive (and personalized as needed) coaching.
