For Christmas I got Hugh a puzzle game. This morning he was following the instructions to arranging the pieces in the suggested shapes. Total cognitive leap. We went to the Bob Keifer center for climbing, but Hugh was more interested in playing soccer than climbing.
I took my kids climbing today. It was an early morning with a 7:15 am departure. Becky was there to cheer us on. Managing two active kids and setting top ropes is just beyond my current capacity.
The most wonderful time of the year! Where the sun is bright and hot and the soil is sandy and the dust is present… and the bucket price is not the same as the per-pound price.
